"yes. once we arrived they told us:
1. no hot water in the hotel
2. restaurant was being under construction so it was closed
3. the Pier in the Ocean which was the main attraction of the Hotel was closed due to maintenance.
4. Staff was very nice , it was the only positive thing of the stay.
5. at 7am the hammers and drills were loud do to the construction they were doing.
unfortuantely, the hotel should not be open as there are a lot of construction going on. dont recommend this hotel for...

"The stuff were amazing, my family have 0 complain about the service they were very polite, kind and warm, right in front of the beach, but the rooms are very small and not comfortable, breakdfast was ok, and unfortunately what it made the most impact was the cockroach even in the lobby area when my aunt was doing the check in it was a cockroach walking in her foot. "

"Durante mi estadía el hotel no cumplió con condiciones básicas del servicio. La habitación no fue limpiada adecuadamente: no se cambiaron las sábanas, no limpiaron el cuarto ni el baño. Además, tuvimos corte de energía eléctrica (el hotel no cuenta con planta eléctrica) y falta de agua, ya que el suministro por carrotanque no fue suficiente.
Estos inconvenientes fueron reportados al hotel por escrito, pero no recibí ninguna respuesta nnsolución."

She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the treatment overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place"

"I hadn't stayed there before and though it's not right next to the beach, it's still close enough if your plans are near the sea. The hotel is well kept and though it's not luxurious (obviously not for the money you're investing), it's still nicely equipped and it even has a small fridge in the room. The AC worked fine, nice bed and pillows, bathroom ammenities and easy check in / check out process. Would recommend it, for both pleasure and business trips. Though I didn't use the pool, it looked...
