"This is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Good local restaurants, convenient to Arundel Mall and to Adelaide Oval.Lots of interesting walks nearby. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. There is an excellent bar and breakfast was better than most (the sourdough rye bread was delicious). Highly recommended."

"I often stay here for sorter work trips. Convenient central location. Prefer the rooms on higher floors and to the side or back away from King William Street. Comfortable bed. Tv is old and not inspiring to watch with movie all paid, but means I get out and about instead. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the Rockford is. The rooms are a little dated but everything was lovely, the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, easy parking and close walk to Rundle Mall. Will definitely stay again."

The property is great and well maintained. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect place to rest after a day of travel .
The only downside , thought the fee for covered parking was a bit steep. However, there are some free spaces on the road that can be utilised if you are comfortable.

Close to the event I was attending. Even though I returned late to the Hotel I was able to gain easy access and a staff member was still at Reception. A very safe and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for several nights. The bus stops outside if you don't want to walk and the location was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable with quality fittings.
There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
The whole of North Adelaide is beautiful and wonderful to walk around. Near The Adelaide Oval and Botanical Gardens only a short stroll.

The hotel was immaculate, the staff very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The rooms were all that was required, the bed comfortable. The hotel was very close to where we needed to be, and the staff helped with bringing in our luggage and taking it out to our car. Thank you to them.

A short undercover walk from baggage area to hotel entrance. Welcoming friendly staff.
Amazing bed
Restaurant on site or room service with quality food.
Would highly recommend for those flying in late and out early from Adelaide airport. Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveller

Someone had been smoking in our original rear facing room, manager Gareth and his team did all they could to resolve the situation including free drinks in the bar whilst trying to freshen up the room and giving us a free upgrade to a front (bay) facing room for our second night. They were outstanding.

This duration allows you to explore family-friendly destinations that offer great value for money, making it an excellent choice for those on a budget. With the potential for prices to drop during these months, visitors can enjoy an affordable getaway while immersing themselves in the local culture and history.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Parafield Gardens, visit the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted accommodation rates as your travel date approaches. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a hotel in Parafield Gardens. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest more affordable dates, which may enhance your chances of securing a better deal.
Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to your planned destinations. You might also look into independent hotels located slightly further out, as they are more likely to offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
