"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. "Receptionists are super friendly, prifessional and helpful with any inquiries and great dining recommendations. Laundry facilities is in an air conditioned room clean and well organized with baskets and iron if needed. They provilde free laundry detergent. Hotel is with short walking distance from Hualien's famous shopping triangle area. Will definitely stay there again uf visiting Hualien. "

They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. "What a perfect place to stay in Hualien. It is 10 minutes away from Dongdamen Night Market and Hualien Cultural Centre. The staff are amazing, can speak English well. The room was spacious and well laid out. We love the common area especially the rooftop that has amazing view of the mountain, the sea and the city. Breakfast was alright but it is not a deal breaker, it's still worth getting your breakfast. Make sure to borrow the bicycle to go around the city ! OLAH was a perfect place to...
