Hotels in Schanzenviertel

"Loved the hotel. Quirky decor, cool vibes and breakfast was great. Really cool area, close to everything including FC St Pauli's Millerntor Stadium and the Bunker. Would recommend. "

"A lovely, clean room in a quiet location in Sternschanze. The staff were kind and welcoming, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this stay."

"A quite good hotel. Superb breakfast. Nice furniture and large rooms. Good parking place at least during my stay. Well located just outside of midtown. If you do not expect just a brand new modern hotel, do not hesitate a out this one as a good choice. "

"room was clean and tidy, was basic single bed and toilet shower room. it is quite compact. but if your just looking for somewhere to put your head down for the night then it's ideal. plenty of shops, restaurants close by. I'll be staying here again"

"Perfect location, quiet, however close to lively areas and cosy areas with local atmosphere. We will come back for sure. "

"I am really satisfied with my experience at this hotel. In every way, I think I made the right choice choosing this hotel in Hamburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the level of service. I also really appreciated the complimentary water service in the hotel lobby. Next time I come to Hamburg, I plan to stay here again."

"A short walk to the Schanzen area. Great Indian restaurant close by. "

"Cool experience, you will stay in a bunker. Rooms are fresh clean and modern. Breakfast was good."

"Once again we had the pleasure of staying a few days/nights at the wonderful hotel very close to Reberbahn - as always the check-in went fast, the staff was brilliant (check-in, bar, restaurant), the flowers ordered for the rooms very perfect, the deco is amaizing - truely a need to stay hotel in Hamburg!!!!!!!!"

"Good location. Helpful staff. Allowed me to check in by 12 midday."

"Location was ideal, and staff was very helpful in assisting us in use of public transportation, and selection of dining choices. Breakfast buffet was excellent, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Top notch hotel with friendly staff."

"A lovely stay at Empire Riverside Hotel. Second time we stay here. The location is fantastic – right by St. Pauli and very closeto Reeperbahn, yet still calm enough to relax and enjoy the view. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is modern and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you for being so kind to our dog. It meant a lot that our four-legged companion was made to feel welcome as well."

"Great hotel. Lovely rooms with view. Would come again"

"Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

"It is a good plane hotel, perfectly comfortable and well equipped for an old wheelchair user. The Parking garage reached by the lift was a bonus. It is a bit too far for us to walk to sites but the red hop on hop off bus stops just outside every 30 minutes in the high season. We were passing by car from UK and I wanted to revisit Hamburg where I lived for a year 65 years ago. It worked well for us and many younger people too."

"Great location, across the road from St Pauli U-Bahn. Friendly staff, very clean and well run hotel. Will stay again."

"Central and relatively quiet location despite being very close to the Reeperbahn (some noise must be expected). The room was clean and big enough. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. I love the part north of Reeperbahn, lots of cosy cafés and restuarants. Also, both the harbour and Schanzenviertel are in walking distance."

"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."

"Hotel is modern and clean, it is on a convenient location near two subway stations with direct links to main train station and airport. The rooms are spacious and quiet despite the vicinity to the Reeperbahn. "

"Nice hotel, central location"
