"Wonderful stay. No notes. The BEST breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room, fun pool, ample gym equipment, polite/attentive staff, excellent location. Can't wait to stay again! I just need to remember to take the kayak rack off of the car so there's no problem parking. Merci merci merci!"

"Friendly and helpful staff! Fara at the front desk provided great recommendations and gave directions to the nearest Jean Coutu. The freshly baked croissants and the ability to use the cappuccino maker was great - exactly what we needed before exploring. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of La Citadelle, Christmas Markets, restaurants, and other famous landmarks like the Chateau Frontenac. It is located on a steep street, but manageable if you take other streets like Rue...

"This property is a gem. We enjoyed the close proximity to Notre Dame Basilica, Old Quebec City, parking offered at the hotel for a fee and the helpful staff. Ask for your room to be made up each day and it will be done."

"Beautiful hotel in Old Quebec City. We were not expecting to arrive in Quebec City until the following day and were fortunate that they still had a room available late in the evening (we tried several other hotels that were full). The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable and close to the centre of Old Quebec. We felt very lucky to find it."

Hotel is in a very old building so it’s not modern but honestly who cares?
I walked into my room and felt like I was a guest of the king of France. It was amazing and a great location. Highly recommend.

Location is convenient. Continental breakfast is delivered to the room. A nice surprise was the free multiday bus ticket. The only minor negative was the poor water pressure.

This new hotel was full of surprises. Right by the water, it was close enough to cafes without being in the tourist zone. It was very chic and quite moody. It rained while we were there so we enjoyed the sauna and infra red. The room was equipped with a large bed and was a good size. It had a little kitchenette if you wanted to make something. The staff were very lovely too. We would highly recommend!

Liked the check-in process and that they have us an access code beforehand so we could just go direct to our suite. The suite was also nicely laid out.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town, close to everything. The room was clean and all we needed, except would've liked a microwave but no real issue. The view from the window wasn't the best but we were only there to sleep. No problem with noise from the downstairs restaurant/bar. 15 mins walking from the Via Rail staion, although some uphill.
