"I’m staying at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf for my second week and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the sauna and swimming pool are great. A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"What a beautiful find. Great location and to top it the Christmas market was right on the doorstep. Although the Christmas market seemed never ending. All staff super friendly, breakfast good quality and plentiful. The decor is very elegant with a chilled atmosphere. The bedroom was comfy and very clean with a good selection of complimentary drinks in the fridge. We will definitely recommend and we will be back. "

"Just right! Great location - close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, the Oldtown (Altstadt). The staff was friendly, courteous, competent, and multi-lingual. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, shower, were clean. Plenty of hot water on demand. The breakfast was comprehensive and very good. I stayed on a Sunday night and attended Mass at St. Andreas, which is only about 25 minutes by foot. St. Andreas is beautiful. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!"

However, it is quite rare that I take the time to rate my stay afterward—especially if there is anything negative to say. In this case, though, the experience was so good that it truly deserves to be mentioned. Everyone deserves recognition, but one person in particular stood out—a young staff member who handled a challenging check-in situation, managed the bar, and gave directions all at the same time, and did so...
