"We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always good. However this time a big shout out to the young man on reception. We checked in got to our room and my husband who has a defibrillator and pacemaker had struggled with the walk to our room. He became a bit breathless and we thought with a brief rest might help. Unfortunately his condition became worse so we checked out and drove home to get him into the care of his own cardiac team. The young man on reception was so kind and helpful."
