"IT staff helped me a lot. Really appreciated. Only regret is Desk light blinks."

"Conveniently located near gardens mall and mid valley. Getting around wasn’t too far too and wasn’t as jam as staying at the city center. Overall hotel looks new but there’s a slight smell when we entered the room (not too unpleasant but still present) and the sheets had some slight marks on it."

"Very nice hotel and good location"

"Amazing customer service. Very happy with the room and the amenities. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"

"Decently priced stay for a pretty spacious room. Bed firmness, pillow softness are acceptable. There has been some thought put into the renovation, interior design, and choice of household items. Breakfast has some diversity. However this is definitely not 5 star hotel standard, and is either 3 or 4 star standard."
