location, location, location! cleanliness & kindness of staff

The suites are very large and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with a noisy air conditioning during our stay, staff were very helpful relocating us to different rooms, but we found this problem was present throughout all rooms we tried. It made it very hard to sleep. But otherwise this hotel was amazing.

Located in arts cultural district, right next to ssamzigil a 4 floors arts centric mall. There is a small mall annyoung insadong, attached to the hotel, mostly food outlets here which was convenient. Walking distance to myeongdong street market and to gyeongbokgung palace. Staff were great and accomodated to our needs. Since it was winter the hotel shuts of the aircon, which made the rooms a little stuffy with little airflow. The staff were able to put in an air purifier which doubled as a fan...

Toyoko Inn Dongdaemun 1 is set in a great location, easy to commute to major areas and close to popular tourist attractions around Seoul such as Namsan Tower and Myeongdong. The hotel staff were so attentive and helpful and the free Korean breakfast every morning for guests was delicious and also made the stay at the hotel that much more enjoyable. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff and room service were great. We could hear some noise from the fridge and they replaced it straight away. Hotel is located at very convenient spot and all the touristic places are access by foot or public transport. We’d stay here again if we come back to Korea!

Bit hard to access the location, given it requires going through a tunnel and steep stairs, twice. Not the best if you're coming with luggages. But the place is excellent.

The onsen is heaven for soaking in after a hard days sightseeing. Subway is 5 minutes away and heaps of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes. Convenience stores across the road

Great location airport limousine bus just outside the door. Room is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Best of all an eSIM vending machine and very close to all amenities. highly recommended

Nice hotel to stay at, there are also lots of restaurants nearby.

Seoul Garden has become my go-to hotel in Seoul, with easy access to several Incheon Airport limousine buse routes as well as the subway line to Gimpo Airport and/or the city centre. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood to provide food and other essentials. I had a very enjoyable stay.

A pleasant stay. Just there is no anti-thief lock for security . Apart from this. it is a very comfortable hotel

Love the property as it's so convenient right in the middle of the night market and all the shops around the hotel. Only issue we have is car can't drive into the street of the hotel so you will have to push and carry the luggages to the hotel.
