I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my time and I have to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Check in isn’t until 5pm but check out is 1pm. The welcoming staff were super friendly and very helpful. You have amenities in your room but they have extra in the lobby. Who knew heated eye pads were a thing! That I now need in my life. The room was amazing with a king bed and a 3 piece bathroom that has an onsen and a separate shower that use water from the hot springs. And oh my god, the...
