"The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in."

"Great hotel and clean room with good amenities, exactly what we needed for an early flight as it’s a short drive and cheap uber to the airport - we left for the airport at 4am meaning we missed breakfast but they made us up sandwiches and yogurt so we didn’t miss out which was so lovely!!"

A academia é praticamente inexistente, contando apenas com uma esteira posicionada em frente aos quartos, sem paredes que oferecessem privacidade. Inclusive, às 6h da manhã já havia alguém utilizando a esteira, mesmo que o horário de funcionamento informado fosse a partir das 9h, o que prejudicou o descanso. O café da manhã também deixou a...
