"5-star service, comfort, and a clean, well-maintained property. We were very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk knew we would be arriving late and took such great care of our family. She had the pull-out bed ready for us, extra pillows waiting, and was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. She even offered a late check-out and helped us find nearby parking. The level of kindness and customer service went far beyond what you’d typically expect. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"IGH Avid hotel was excellent. It was very clean, the shower was awesome and the free breakfast was very good. The eggs weren't runny! The staff was very nice and accommodating! The Ocala location was run efficiently!"
