The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to get around Toronto and visit different attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. "I did not use much of the amenities but the room was very clean and had all I needed. The only issue I had was one of the staff members refused to address me and only spoke to my male partner even though the reservation was under my name. "
