"Nice quiet place, rooms impecable"

"We arrived on a Friday afternoon at Hotel Casa Loreto in San Miguel after 3 nice days in Guanajuato. Upon entering the cobblestoned courtyard and parking area, it was apparent how beautiful the Casa is. It is a beautiful hacienda the color of blue periwinkle. The pool off to the side. The casa almost felt welcoming. The manager mechanically checked us. Throughout our stay, the vibe was anything but welcoming except for the other front desk personnel and the cleaning lady.
