"After I asked for a quiet room explaining that'd I'd had a 04:00 start and needed a good night sleep for work the next day I was assigned a room just above the delivery entrance where trucks and vans began loading and unloading from 03:00. Impossible to sleep with all the doors banging, trolleys rattling, engines revving and trucks beeping. This was allegedly an upgrade, so if this is how they treat their Premium Rewards guests I can't imagine how awful the other rooms must be."

"The staff was very helpful with suggestions and check in process. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean. The location is perfect for a first time visit. Everything was very accessible in the area and we felt comfortable traveling back and forth with our young children. We did not have a sit down breakfast here. There are plenty of places around the area. We did grab and go from the illy cafe downstairs, which was good. Con: The wifi was not a password protected one so I did not use it. "

"What a depressing and budget hotel, it's not what we expected with their selling point of being calm/good wellbeing with no windows only lights. The good point for the hotel that it was close for our visits and a good shower"
