"The resort itself was very nice to stay in on the beach…the issue was once we arrived to check into our room. We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it. I was told we would have to move rooms the second day and they would put us in a very nice room for the night and would offer us something for...

"First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!"

"First time staying here and loved it, super clean and new hotel. Its really easy to get in the parking area right off the main road, and its easy to get out of the parking lot and go to your cruise terminal. The rooftop bar and observation deck is great we watched a spaceX rocket launch from there the morning we were leaving for our cruise. They have a restaurant/bar that is really convenient and good. Will definitely be staying again when we are in Port Canaveral"
