"Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though."

The room was very nice, but the staff were the best. The concierge (Ishaq) was absolutely brilliant, helping me to sort out my ongoing travel arrangements and keeping an eye out to make sure everything went according to plan. The location is fine once you realise you are within easy walking distance of Little Mount metro station so you can explore any part of the city you want to from there (using metro and trains if you prefer that to cars, which I do personally). We had a fabulous time staying at the Radha Regent in Chennai. The staff were friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast buffet was great, rooms clean and comfortable, Geoffrey's Bar was a nice place for a drink and a game of pool (air conditioned) and the high light of the stay was dining at the Oriental Blossum, which is where we had teppanaki for a very cheap price ($54 Australian for both of us, including a 5 course meal and drinks) and delicious (just like home, but half of the...

Service minded staff, who attended to the residents’ requirements in a professional and courteous manner. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety that suits both Westerners and Indians. We tried vegetarian curries and Nan breads in ‘Beyond Indus restaurant’ on a number of occasions and must admit that the quality and freshness was superb.

Visitors can explore various points of interest, including temples, places of worship, shopping areas, and convention centres, all offering great value for money. With the right timing, accommodation costs might drop, making it an ideal opportunity for those travelling on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Kolathur, visit the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels near your travel date. Additionally, enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize potential savings. The Smart Shopping feature in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re more likely to see the best options. You'll be promptly notified of any price drops or room availability, making it easier to book an impromptu getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a hotel in Kolathur. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and, at times, better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is relatively high, we’ll suggest alternative dates that might offer more affordable options, helping you to secure the best possible deal.
Consider your location: Staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with a higher price tag. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also explore independent hotels located further afield, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
