We complained loudly and got another room for showering and leaving for the temple darshan. We were in room 128 and the next door person Van in room 127 also complained about sewer backing up in his room. Finally, upon our return from temple visits they gave us room 288. "Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"

"Room was clean bed were reasonable god, bathroom wasn’t as I expected. Overall room size was tiny not much room around the bed, tea kettle was in kept with cups and tea/sugar packets at a location without outlets, so had to plug in outlet at the bed side table. Only two small water bottles were provided any additional water was charged. Bathroom didn’t have any place for toiletries to be kept, a more than half used toilet roll was provided, fortunately I carry my own toilet roll. No shower...
