"Ibis Budget Madrid Vallecas is good for those needing a quick stop/layover on the way to their next destination. It is not close to the downtown city center, but it's fine if you are comfortable using public transit. Airport shuttle service does not go to this hotel, but I was able to take the bus, metro, or Uber to/from the airport. The room is very basic, but they have several options for breakfast (pay separately)."
