"Amazing staff; couldn’t have been nicer. So helpful. Every single person was excellent. We upgraded to a little suite which was nice, but it could have used a couch (instead of just 2 chairs). Very handy to have a kitchenette. The neighborhood and location is excellent. Easy walking distance to Central Park, Riverside Park, Museum of Natural History, and several subway lines. Clean, safe, pleasant, good rates. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to Soho and all the restaurants and shopping that neighborhood has to offer. Close to a subway stop so it is easy to venture off into different neighborhoods. The room was spacious by NYC standards and had a king bed. Complementary water was provided. Overall, excellent value for the price. Would stay again. "

I just could have done without the encampment of the unhoused out front complete with drug addicts actively using needles in arms. Not hotel’s fault I guess just not ideal for the family vacation."
