"Nice clean rooms"

"The AC is in the room makes huge noice, you can’t sleep if it turned on due to the noice.. you can’t sleep if it turned off due to the lack of air circulation. Overall it’s sleepless time in this room"

"Great location on Union Square, many shops and eateries around - you really cannot go wrong with the location and the price. I love the biscuits and tea and coffee available downstairs. Rooms were clean for the most part, although upon check in, it seemed that my room was not in the best state - it was cleaner after being cleaned the next day. My only gripe was that the bathroom was slightly smelly - smelt of sewage, faintly, but it was there and noticeable walking into and being in bathroom. Other than that I had a lovely stay and would defo stay again if in San Fran. "

"Was hoping for a hot tub but tue pool and room with city view were amazing. We left the blinds open all night. So beautiful."

"The rooms are very confusing to find and the staff wasn’t very helpful. I ended up driving around the parking lot trying to find building 4, but only seeing buildings 2 & 5! It turns out, if you go through building 5, or 3, you get to 4! Why didn’t the front desk make that clear? The bed and room were comfortable but there were only 2 bath towels which wasn’t enough for the 3 of us in the room."

"The room was clean and we enjoyed the view of the city. The proximity to Chase Center allowed us to walk to and from our event. Our only complaint is that the loud fan in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off; we called the front desk and they didn’t have another similar room to switch us to. The front desk did, however, compensate us by refunding our breakfast at the hotel in the morning."

"This was my first time staying at a Hilton Hotel. I have to say that I was impressed. The rooms were great. Our view was great. The hotel was in a great location as well. I will be definitely going back to this hotel. Thanks so much Hilton"
