"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. We didn't sleep much and left in the morning. A pity, because the hotel was quite beautiful and the staff was truly terrific in helping me with issues around my phone and other things. I encouraged them to somehow work to tone down this rude invasion of the neighborhood's peace."
