"This property is our favourite stay in Houston as a layover spot in our travels. Always sparkling clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle is a huge bonus. All of this for a very reasonable price. Excellent stay !"

"The room was clean but they are Renovating the property. I went to get ice through the stairs and got trapped and had to go to the second floor to be able to come out and then find a working elevator. This is dangerous! Stairs should be available at all times with your key card. Everything in the front lobby was under construction. Signs not to use this or that were not posted. It was expensive too. "

"My friend and I were underwhelmed with the hotel although Spencer at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."
