"The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in."

"I book this hotel because it has 2 bedrooms and I have a very light sleep so I did not want to sleep with my boyfriend - do not judge! The rooms are not double glazed and therefore you can hear everything from the main road. I could not sleep well. There was also some machinery behind the wall on the 2nd bedroom, again very noisy and it can start anytime (I had it starting at 3am and it is a loud noise = I guess it is related to the water pressure?). Breakfast was also not like in the Instagram...

"The owners and staff are AMAZING ! They are available anytime and willing to help you even on issues that do not concern the Inn. We needed sunscreen & moisturizer and owner brought it from town for us. Uber is very doable. The food and drinks are delicious and the included breakfast is sooo fresh and diverse!! "The area of access, beach, supermarket etc... very good. Staff and managers are very friedely. But the café da manha should be improved and the furnitures and stuffs needs to be updated. Over all I was happy as I was alone and the beach was just in the corner which was my priority. That beach very good and walking distance of 5 minutes. "

"Pousada terrível , chegamos por volta das 22:00, estava tudo sujo, quarto com ar condicionado sujo, banheiro horrível, chuveiro não funcionava a descarga também não, não tinha frigobar no quarto, camas com lençóis ruins , colchão ruim. Impossível ficar no local , precisamos fazer uma reserva de emergência em outro hotel, no outro dia entrei em contato com a pousada pois esqueci uma bolsa a dona falou que não me daria informações e que se eu quisesse que reclamasse com o aplicativo ! Não entrem...
