"Excellent location a short walk from the local underground network and Tokyo Dome.
Lovely, peaceful ambiance to the hotel surroundings and a nice touch to have outdoor and indoor relaxation areas.
The restaurant served great food and the rooms were reasonably roomy (for Japan).
We stayed 5 nights and it was a perfect base to explore Tokyo."

"Everytime I stay in Tokyo, no doubt Intergate is my first choice.
Quite strategic place for shopping, sightseeing and logistics.
Staff always kind, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. You also can enjoy the happy hour time with good champagne and snacks."

"It was nice clean spacious room
Very helpful staff
Laundry and sitting room was very relaxing. We are not big on breakfast so we got some coffee and simple protein from family mart across the street. Train station Iidabashi was 2 minutes walk"

"The number one best thing about Tobu Levant is its location, right next to Kinshicho Station. Supermarket, shopping malls, cafes and convenience stores are all within a few minutes' walk. The buffet breakfast was better than at most more expensive hotels, and the views of Tokyo Sky Tree were unbeatable. We'll stay there again."

"This hotel is very convenient to go to Sensoji. And there are a lot of restaurants around. You won’t get hungry at night too because the hotel provides free ramen for your late snack. After a long day shopping outside, you can enjoy onsen in the hotel after. This is one of the best hotel in Asakusa."

"We stayed at a few APA hotels during our time in Japan and this one was the least exciting and interesting but it was an ok place to stay. No complaints. The one in Shibuya is nicer and has more amenities."

"It was a lovely clean quiet spot close to 2 stations in Ginza. Although it’s not in the center of the action in Ginza, it was a great place to rest and recoup between all our activities."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. A short walk to the Waseda subway stop, or the trolley, some decent restaurants near by. Appreciated the free shuttle service they provide when we left with our luggage travelling to Kyoto."

"Overall, we had a really great experience at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!"

Location was very convenient, serviced by a number of train stations on different lines all within walkable distance. There were some beautiful blossoms outside too, which made for some nice photo moments.
The hotel itself was decent, service was good, cleanliness was fine, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Loved the public bath, definitely recommend it for those staying. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, we tried both Japanese and Western styles and loved both of them.

Stayed here for one night between Osaka and Nagano. Was close to station for Shinkansen (10 min walk). Staff were great and helped send our luggage to the next location. It was only a short stay but I found it was a good hotel for the price and location. Breakfast was not great for vegetarian/ vegan diets.

Very good experience overall
Some things to consider:
1) Guests do have to swap lifts to access rooms from the main one in group that takes you to reception only. This can be inconvenient sometimes as that couple minutes wait makes a difference when having to catch a train or got big luggages.
2) You still have to pay for extras such as a cafe latte even when you have already paid for a breakfast voucher which felt a little money gauging and greedy on the hotel being that other hotels at...

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room.
We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed.
The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel NIWA. As a solo traveller, this is a lovely, safe area. Although I felt safe overall in all locations.
After much research I chose Hotel NIWA as I love the serenity here. It’s so peaceful, away from the busyness & the crowds, however a great location, close to all with such great transportation & so many fabulous dining options close by. The food is fabulous here.
The service standards are excellent. I found all staff so friendly, courteous & so helpful....

Such an exciting precinct with food and entertainment options all around. Hotel was comfortable and surrounding precinct was amazing with many food and entertainment options. Great for families but as a couple we enjoyed the hotel too. Rooftop bar has views of My Fuji on a clear day.

Comfortable hotel with very nice staff, single beds are bigger than I had imagined, great location very close to a train station with plenty of shopping and dining options.

Perfect location, 7/11 next door, train station opposite, shrine around the corner, multiple restaurants and room was spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was my favourite hotel in Tokyo for so many reasons — Location is convenient and walkable to/from convenience stores & train stations including Keisei Ueno Station for Narita Airport access; Rooms are spacious and bright and very clean; View of Ueno Park and Shinobazuno Pond from the room is breathtaking; All staff are friendly and welcoming (and my family would like to especially thank Do who was very helpful during our stay!); Check in/check out process was easy and check out is...

Clean, safe and a great location for exploring Tokyo, with 2 stations for different train lines at the doorstep. Tokyo Station itself is about a 10 min walk away. Clean and comfy rooms. Good quality amenities provided.

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.
