"My second time here and honestly ,my experience anyways much better than a hotel or anything else ,super clean ,super quiet close to everything and staff were hospitable and helpful ."

As well Neocolonial Quarters is situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. I highly recommend staying at Neocolonial Quarters."

"The day I was to arrive, the hotel messaged me...we are overbooked, and are moving you to another property. 5 miles from where I desired to be. Upon arrival, I learned 2 other guests were also displaced. The manager didn't speak English. Required all communication via txt. She hung up on me. Shared bathroom. Kitchen area a total disaster. No cups , or coffee/tea service. Never did see any staff. Sink full of dishes. I'm not sure the back door was ever closed/locked overnight. Didn't feel very...
