"Very good location. Clean comfortable room. Only negative: rooms not ready by 3pm as advertised and after arriving on an early morning international flight this was very annoying. One of our group’s rooms wasn’t ready until after 4pm. "

Staff go above and beyond especially the Head of Housekeeping who personally showed us where the laundry room was even though she had finished work! Lovely place to stay, perfect for our needs. "The room was great once we got there but definitely wouldn’t have been happy to pay extra for the upgrade if that was it. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we went up to get our massage that we had rebooked during the week while we waited only to find that they hadn’t booked it so we had to wait 3 hours to get another appointment. The staff at the pool where rarely there so we were only able to enjoy 3 cocktails in the 3 hours we were there"
