"Although experian confirmed my booking, when I arrived the receptionist said they could not take me because i hadnt prepaid, as the town was very full with Perumin visitors, I insisted and reluctantly agreed to pay more than $500 USD per night!!! it is the most expensive and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at... scubbed walls, hard pillow, broken tiles, old scraped furniture, shower unpredictable going form cold to hot in seconds. It is an abuse to the visitors of Arequipa, shame they give...

"Maribele was great, she let us check in early, and held our bags until the afternoon the day we were leaving. She was very helpful. Breakfast was great as well as the price. Close to the plasa del armas and not to far from the mall. She also spoke alot of English which really helps. "
