"Hotel X Review: My stay at Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the juices were watery. We opted for the best suite, but we found the mirror glass broken and two jets of the whirlpool not working, which was disappointing."

"As instalações do hotel (chalés) estavam bem novas. Unidade bem limpa com boa roupa de cama e comodidades. Nosso chalé contava com um ótimo banheiro/chuveiro e bom espaço interno. Atenção para duas coisas: faltam barras de apoio dentro do box do chuveiro, e a escada para o 2o andar não é de facil acesso para crianças ou idosos (falta uma proteção com cordas para o vão da escada). Café da manhã é excelente (poderia ter mais opções de frutas). A pousada fica ao lado de Castrolanda, uma linda...

"This was an excellent stay. The hotel was beautiful and modern inside, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel overall were spotless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in downtown Ponta Grossa. Oh, and the room rate was exceptional for a hotel of this quality."
