"It’s located 5 mins walk from the central station. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants around. The room is clean and spacious with 24 hours concierge. The reception is very nice and helpful."

"Beautiful waterfront view of the castle, boats, and Vesuvius. A 10 min walk from the start of Via Toledo (shopping / Spanish Quarters)."

"I highly recommend the Smart Hotel Napoli. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s close to transportation to many Napolitano locations and landmarks. Hotel is very clean and modern. Great place to stay while visiting Naples."

"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii,...

"A wonderful 7 nights spent in a beautiful Italian palace turned into a fabulous hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and devoid of nice restaurants but the Palazzo’ restaurant was wonderful. The staff were brilliant and friendly and helpful and we will definitely return"

"Spacious rooms with great views, walking distance from restaurants and souvenir shops. Breakfast space was good!"

"The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "

"The hotel Palazzo Alabardieri is incredibly beautiful and elegant. Nested in the shopping area of Naples. We have spent there unforgetable days. Highly recomended."

From that point on ( please forgive me if I’m wrong ) Alesandro Taught me Italian phases, Told me the best local restaurants to go to ( Alfred Trattoria a road away. ). And could not have make us feel more like we belonged. He also had other reception staff members giving us new Italian phrases. Every single member of reception went above and beyond. In Italian.
