"This is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Good local restaurants, convenient to Arundel Mall and to Adelaide Oval.Lots of interesting walks nearby. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. There is an excellent bar and breakfast was better than most (the sourdough rye bread was delicious). Highly recommended."

"Great location, right next to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, very friendly and helpful staff member at the Reception. Good comfy bed with all the basic amenities. Quiet spot, only 21 rooms throughout the place. Nice beautiful park at the rear of the property. Would definitely be interested in staying in again."

The property is great and well maintained. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect place to rest after a day of travel .
The only downside , thought the fee for covered parking was a bit steep. However, there are some free spaces on the road that can be utilised if you are comfortable.

great place to stay and i would stay there again in a heart beat. the staff were extremely nice and very helpful great food. the only draw back of my whole stay is that one of the restaurants was closed for refurbishment which meant i couldn't try it other than that no noise or mess that one would expect from a refurb

We stayed at the Watson hotel for 5 nights and were very impressed with the room and facilities. Not to mention the amazing cafe; 'Local Grind' - joined to the hotel that served up delicious coffee to satisfy our addiction! Their array of beans sourced from around the world on offer made for one satisfying long black!
We would stay here again and recommend the stay to friends and family. Our room was quiet, had foxtel, complimentary T2 tea sachets, free WiFi and a luxurious king size bed....

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for several nights. The bus stops outside if you don't want to walk and the location was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable with quality fittings.
There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
The whole of North Adelaide is beautiful and wonderful to walk around. Near The Adelaide Oval and Botanical Gardens only a short stroll.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Could not fault my stay in any way. A warm welcome and personally shown to my apartment, immaculately clean and very well appointed. Rooms have everything you need right down to the extra touches such as bath salts for the spa, Nespresso coffee machines and a dish of mints and biscuits popped in your room every day.
Location was great and was lovely and quiet. Even meals available from a vending machine which were of good quality.
Great value and I look forward to my next stay.

For those in search of distinctive accommodation, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes offer better value. Consider your location: Opting for accommodation nearer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with a higher price tag. For more budget-friendly options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit.
