"Very central and nice hotel. Clean rooms and nice staff. Within walking distance if many attractions. Very recommendable"

"Just beautiful. Restaurants and breakfast was delightful. Location was central."

"Beautiful boutique hotel... gorgeous old elevator, nice staff, INCREDIBLE SHOWER. Maybe the best I've ever been in. Great restaurants nearby... my only warning is that walking to the port or the old city center you have to go through some real rough looking areas. First time I was ever scared in Italy. That was a bummer."

"The location was just perfect !!! The staff was so pleasant and very helpful. We got upgraded to an amazing room. We got to visit Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino on a ferry boat located just in front of our hotel. At the end of the night, we got to experience the most beautiful view of the city, on the top floor patio. We would recommend this place 110% ."

"The garage is well protected, important in this very touristic area. The staff is nice and recommended some nice restaurants. Very close to all the big touristic spots, great for kids !"

"BB hotel is a fantastic hotel situated in the heart of Genoa. The hotel staff are fren"

"This area is not served by Uber very well. Planning a taxi from the station is highly recommended; it’s a 15 minute hike up the mountain from the train station. Otherwise, we went on a Sunday and most businesses near by were closed. Hotel is really nice inside and room was great."

"The hotel was perfectly situated. The breakfast was great and so was the coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very short walk to the ferry and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Fantastic views."

"Great location near city center. Love the breakfast. Was there for a wedding. Highly recommend."

"Nice hotel. Location is a bit far from old town (industrial area). No Uber in Genova, so taxis are a hit or miss, they can charge you whatever they want, you never know what you are going to pay. Expedia charged me for breakfast (I paid for it) but it doesn't show up on the reservation. A weird glitch, but still not right. Be aware."

"The property is elegant and conveniently situated next to the Principe train station. But zero external noise. Breakfast buffet is generous and served in a beautiful space. Staff are cordial and helpful. A 10 to 15 minute walk to most activities."

"Nice room although small bathroom. Staff is very attentive. I would come back again."

"Beautiful property and excellent staff. You can’t get closer to the water and the views are incredible!! "

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast. It’s in the port area but there is a nearby metro station for easily getting in to the center."

"A beautiful hotel. Excellent location and excellent service. Breakfast is amazing."

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff were excellent ! Loved every moment of it. Breakfast was good too , but a bit limited . Overall amazing place , I would recommend it"

"Great hotel! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool, private beach, right on the end of the main part of the city. Would definitely stay again."

"This was my favourite place we stayed at while in Italy. The building was stunning and historic, while the rooms were modernized. Breakfast was simply incredible and the staff was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!!!"
