"The property was nice and things felt clean. Staff was very nice. There were some bumps that just made things difficult when traveling with young children. First, when we checked in and got to our room there were people already in that room. So they gave us an already occupied room. We had to go back and explain the situation and get a new room. The room itself was average but the TV remote barely functioned. It was frustrating trying to get it to turn on or change any channel so we eventually gave up. We got a text the day of our stay that the hot tub was broken, which was unfortunate because one of our kids was looking forward to the hot tub. The swimming area was nice though and the kids pool was great for toddler aged children. I would probably stay here again but wouldn’t count on the hot tub or TV. "

"The double room is a joke, it would easily pass as a double queen bed room with a partition with mini bank beds. It’s not worth it. Better get a double queen bed room. Overall rooms are less that most hotels with the same amenities. Unless you are just paying for the waterpark. Not impressed. "

"We ended up unexpectedly staying overnight in Minneapolis en route to Florida due to flight cancellations from a blizzard. This was one of the hotels offered on voucher and it was a nice alternative to the airport floor. The rooms were well appointed and the beds felt luxurious. The hotel restaurant had great food and service even though it was slammed due to the unexpected arrival of other people who had cancelled flights. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver, taking us to both the hotel as well as to the Mall of America to pass some time and then back to the hotel and then to the airport the next day. "

"Adequate. That's all I'm gonna give it. The staff is indifferent. Training hospitality services would be an immediate improvement. Learn hospitality service if you're going to be in the industry. The room is cramped with oversized furniture taking up floor space. Designer of the rooms must have tossed the brand inspirations out the window because this is DIY and not good. "

"The room was mostly clean other than the black hair on the top of the tissues and a long one on the toilet paper. The staff was friendly in the morning. Not happy I had to pay to park. I think that's b.s considering I paid to stay there. Definitely will not stay there again if I ever come back to Minneapolis. "
