"Everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and polite to guests. The hotel's location next to Vincom shopping mall so it's very convenient for shopping, dining, or watching movies."
"Very friendly, spoke English. Room was spacious and suited our family of 4 well. We enjoyed breakfast with a lot of local cuisine and western options as well. Wish we were staying longer. "
"Voco is my favorite stay of all time. The staff was on a whole different level compared to every place I’ve ever been to. They were very friendly, open, helpful, and all smiles (and not in a fake way). They give great recommendations and even help with personal drivers if you plan to go to Hoi An or Ba Na Hills (around 1 hour drive from the hotel).
Right across the street is the beach and plenty of options to eat. Henry and Tyler were great help and texted me whenever I had questions or needed help, even on their days off.
I can’t say I had any issues or complaints about my stay. My favorite part was hearing the Banh Bao guy who roams around every day late at night. "
