Whenever I travel to Bundaberg & surrounds, I stay at Kacys. Excellent location across form the park/beach and with restaurants, cafes & pub close by (easily walkable). I have been staying here for years now and am never disappointed. The hotel is always fresh, clean & tidy; the staff always friendly and the food in the restaurant superb (with enormous choice). The rooms are a good size, with comfortable bed and balcony allowing cool sea breezes & views to help relax. The bathroom size is...

Our cabin was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, good bed, bathroom good and quiet area with a beaut sea breeze and a a/c if needed to suppliment the fan, again if needed. On top of which the operators generously helped us with a small personal problem we had on departure. Can't ask for more :)

We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay an extra night. Beds were of high quality as was all the furniture. With a view to die for what else would you want. My main point is if you are looking to stay in the Bundaberg area stay here can't wait to come back again.

The unit was spacious, comfortable, quiet and looked onto bushland on one side and vacant property the other. Kangaroos grazed every afternoon. The only thing I would suggest is the walls in that particular unit needs a coat of paint and the rangehood needs repair. Overall a lovely spot and nice accomodtion.

Good restaurant on site. Lock on our until door broke off and could not be immediately repaired. We were transferred to an alternative unit with many apologies and as much assistance as one could want. Overall met all expectations

I'm on the road a lot for work and always looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and most importantly on a budget. Well, the cabins at Riverdale are fantastic. The people managing were super friendly and accommodated my late arrival. I will definitely stay here again when travelling through Bundy.

Our room was spacious and the decor was very fresh and pleasing to the eye. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, especially when a storm hit around dinner time.
We ate there twice and tried four different menu items; all were well-prepared and the serving sizes were generous.

The Bundaberg Spanish Motor Inn was very welcoming. It is in a quiet area. The room was quite large, plenty of room for our large suitcases. It had a basin in the bathroom as well as a sink in the kitchen area. No filling the kettle in the 'toilet'! The kitchenette had cutlery, mugs, plates and bowls. Also detergent and tea towel. There was an onsite laundrette. There was a bench to eat or work at, 2 chairs and 2 armchairs. The lighting was bright! A good thing for older people. The owners were...

For an affordable getaway, staying for at least 2 to 3 days is recommended to fully experience the region's noteworthy landmarks, cultural sites, and natural wonders. Highlights include the local neighbourhoods, urban parks, and the history museum, as well as the national parks and nature reserves. You can also explore the marina, enjoy a family beach day, visit an animal sanctuary, or take part in underwater sports for a great value for money adventure. With prices potentially dropping during these months, it’s an ideal time for those looking to explore while on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals for accommodation in Burnett Heads, visit the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on nearby hotels. With these tools, you're more likely to see price drops or availability changes for your preferred Burnett Heads accommodation, making it easier to secure a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates might lead to potential savings on your stay in a Burnett Heads hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and, at times, better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we will suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you to find the best deal.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation closer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience but often comes with increased costs. For more budget-friendly options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the places you intend to visit. Independent hotels located further afield usually tend to be more affordable and may offer a more genuine experience.
