"If you are attending tradeshow at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) in Perth CBD, this is the perfect hotel/apartment to book. It is just 10min walk to the centre. We just had the best stay ! The property is beautifully positioned between the airport and the city , overlooking a small cove off the main Swan river .
It is in a highly protected position from the wind , perfect aspect for the sun , extensive water views , fabulous walks all around the river front , through the most beautiful gardens , cafes and restaurants just below the units at street level !!
I would happily live here !!

We have stayed at this quest a number of times over the years, the location is very handy, limited car parking, is better now the council uses an app for parking so you dont have to fun out at 8am to feed a parking meter.

It was a lovely property with very nice and accomodating staff. Only concern was the undercover parking, the door took a long time to close and there was a dodgy guy that kept coming in. Would be nice to have the door close a little quicker upon entry.

During this time, visitors can explore a variety of attractions, including historic colleges and universities, scenic parks, and charming marinas. Malaga also features beautiful beaches and picturesque bays, making it a great value for money for those looking to immerse themselves in the local culture while on a budget. With the potential for prices to drop, it's an ideal opportunity for an affordable getaway.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Malaga, visit the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. With these features, you’ll be well-equipped to seize any last-minute opportunities.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay in a hotel in Malaga. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we can suggest more affordable dates to enhance your chances of securing a better deal.
Consider your location: Staying near key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sites you intend to visit. Exploring independent hotels further afield can also provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience, as they usually tend to be more affordable.
