"Great breakfast. One of the best in the Sydney CBD area. One of the few hotels that has Casino and an amazing theatre ( Lyric Theatre ).
Plenty of dining options from casual kiosks to
Fine dining restaurants . It also has its own light rail station which is very handy when going around the city.
It also has its own massive multi level parking area. And parking is usually free for the duration of your stay in the hotel."

"Recently renovated rooms look good. Comfy beds, clean, friendly staff.
The pub attached to it is also nice, clean, cool beer garden, and the kebab shop is a plus.
Near Warwick Farm and Liverpool train stations. We stayed the night to go see the SYD fireworks, price was fair and it was an easy trip to the city by train.
I’d definitely recommend it "

"My favorite thing about this place is the parking!
You can literally park right outside your room.
This is my place of choice whenever I'm in Sydney as it's a decent place over all, reasonably priced and has plenty of dining options closeby.
I would absolutely stay there again."

We love staying at this hotel when we come to Sydney. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and stylish. The food from the restaurant is fantastic, and only a 10min walk to an enormous Westfield shopping centre and Train station.

Reception needs to tell customers that the fee shuttle to the terminals is approx 750mts to 850mts away not just two minutes walk. I am disabled and had trouble making it to the bus stop in one go. I am also suffering from Low Vision
and nearly fell a couple of times due to other people pushing in front of me. If correct info was given I would have caught a taxi.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the city! I was extremely happy staying here and could pop outside at any time and I’d have a plethora of food options! Highly recommended if you want a well priced conveniently located hotel in the CBD! The rooms were beautiful too!

The Gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond. He was such a delight! Was our first time to Sydney and only got to stay for one night so we wanted to make the most of it and be able to sleep watching the view! DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Even had a fellow Melbournian come to take photos of our view to claim as his own room. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much
