Great Stay. Will come back again!
Great stay. Good value for money. The room is on the small side but thats normal for Japan. In fact me managed to have 2 interconnecting twin rooms which is rather rare in Japan. Great location as its only 2min walk to all tye action in Asakusa. Only a 3 minute stroll to the nearest metro station (Tawaramachi). If any fault i cam find, is that its a bit far from the JR train network. Closest JR station is Ueno (about 1.2km away). So if holding a JR pass, expect a bit of walk or pay Tokyo Metro to get you to Ueno.

Great location
Overall great location, service and clean room except not much room space to move around and bedding was too hard.

Good 6.0
We booked Hotel Ann via,com and a lot of confusing information were provided by the website. Like it says the nearest train station is Asakusa but it is not. We booked for 6 pax with breakfast but hotel charged us extra for 2 children claiming that the breakfast was paid for 4 adults only. They says twin beds but it is more like king singles in each room. I tried to print a documents but hotel staff says they have no printers which I doubt. The rooms are so small barely any room to move around especially if you have a lot of luggage. Wash machines does not dry well, we tried to dry clothes 3 times (100y each) but still not good. No windows in the rooms.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear people talking outside our room in the morning which is very annoying as we woke up a few times. The beds were so hard that you could not sleep on your side.

Poor 2.0
Do not book here . Uncompromising and greedy.
I have repeatedly asked this hotel to reschedule my reservation until next year due to olympics and covid.. they would do neither. Very greedy. I know my rate was non refundable but these are very extreme circumstances.. very disappointing.

Great service, facilities and value for money
Even better than expected. Fantastic service and offer, much better than European or American hotels of the same price. Arrived during Corona virus outbreak and staff couldn't have been more helpful - even gave me face masks when you couldn't find them in a shop anywhere. Really well suited for seeing Tokyo, two stations within easy walk and tons to see on your doorstep, including the Senso Ji Temple. Very good value for money and highly recommended.
