The walls were quite thin so we could hear people talking outside our room in the morning which is very annoying as we woke up a few times. The beds were so hard that you could not sleep on your side.

Great hotel, great area
This was a great hotel. We had two connecting rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids ages 16, 13 and 9...the 9 year old stayed free and shared a twin bed, so kinda cramped). The hotel has been remodeled and is very clean, cute and nicely decorated. There is a small “shop” in lobby to purchase a small selection of microwaveable foods (think cup of noodles etc) as well as a vending machine for drinks. Check in was very easy and desk clerks very nice (especially since we speak zero Japanese) although their credit card machine wouldn’t accept two of our credit cards (nothing wrong with cards) so we ended up having to pay cash...not a big deal since we did in fact have enough cash. Hotel is close to 3 different train stations, many convenient stores and restaurants and close to lots of shopping. Senso-ji temple is very close and Tokyo sky tree is within about a 20-25 minute walk (although we took the train). The river is also within walking distance and makes for a great stroll. The hotel rooms were on the small side (but I assume they were typical size for Tokyo). Two twin beds in each room and just a stool for sitting. Just fine for two people. Was a bit cramped with the three of us, but we managed just fine. Hotel stored our bags after check in so we could enjoy the area before leaving for airport. I would highly recommend this hotel

Nice little hotel in a nice area.
The hotel is nicely located, but the rooms are a little small. I think that it is the standard in Tokyo, so not really disappointed. There’s not much storage place at all, so if you plan to bring a large luggage, you will surely have issues finding storage space for it. The bathroom is equally small and will definitively be tight if you are 2 adults plus a kid. However, everything is clean and comfortable. There’s a tiny fridge and safe in the room. The area is super quiet, so you won’t have issues with noise. There’s not always someone at the reception, so you might have to rely to Google to get info. There’s a room behind the lobby with 3 washing machines to use. We wanted to give it a shot, but didn’t have the chance. It washes and dries at the same time for about 800¥. We got the breakfast included package. The breakfast is actually at the Denny’s restaurant about 3 blocks away from the hotel. You get a coupon which you exchange for a set breakfast menu at the restaurant. The service is descent, but the breakfast choice are quite limited. See pictures for breakfast options. I would however suggest that you opt for the Seiyu grocery store at the Asakusa ROX mall which is just around the corner. They in the basement and are open 24 hours a day and have a nice selection of food for dirt cheap prices. There’s no microwave in the room, but there’s one in the lobby if you plan on getting something that needs to be heated up.
