Great Choice!!!
I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed 3 nights on business and had to bring my child with me. The 1 bedroom suite had everything we needed! It felt more like an apartment than hotel room. Arriel at the front desk was more than helpful and the sweetest from checking in to checkout. Other staff was helpful as well and very accommodating! The hotel and suite were very clean and comfy. I’d definitely recommend TownePlace Suites to anyone looking to stay in the North Charleston area! I was very pleased with my stay!

Met our needs.
Due to it being Christmas week, there was no housekeeping services. Apparently they called in sick. Front desk, night clerk was accommodating by giving us coffee for our room. Room was spacious and clean. Location was convenient to all areas to visit.

Horrible Night Auditor!
Most of the staff was pleasant with the exception of the night auditor. He was absolutely horrible. Please have a talk with him he is bad for business

As great as usual, I don’t see why I should stay else where when coming to Charleston SC. Great facilities for the best price, it’s really worth it. The only negative mark, I’m pretty sure it was a distraction from the cleaning crew on the bath tube curtains (mold). In my opinion a minor mistake, I’ll still rate them with 5 out of 5. Will definitely come back.

POORLY MANAGED
HAD 4 PEOPLE STAYING IN 2 QUEEN BED ROOM. WAS ONLY PROVIDED WITH 2 SETS OF TOWELS. STAYED 3 NIGHTS AND EVERY DAY HAD TO BEG FOR MORE TOWELS IN WHICH THEY WERE PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED TO ROOM AND THEY WERE NOT. FRONT DESK KEPT TELLING US THERE WERE NONE AND WE COULD ONLY GET 2 TOWELS. HOTEL CAPACITY WHILE STAYING THERE WAS ONLY AT 50%. BREAKFAST WAS POORLY DISTRIBUTED. GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWING IN THE TRASH CANS EVERYWHERE. FRONT DESK HAD AN CHILD AT WORK DURING SHIFT IN WHICH THEY WERE AUTISTIC WONDERING AROUND THE PREMISES AND FOLLOWING GUESTS WHEREEVER THEY WENT. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS NEW HOTEL IN THE N CHARLESTON AREA. WILL NOT COME BACK!

Very nice room, we had a suite with a King size bed, next time I would order a suite with 2 beds, as those rooms were quite a bit larger. Friendly staff and most helpful. Due to COVID the breakfast was just OK.
