Great place, not enough parking spots
The staff was amazing, the lady doing breakfast ( grab and go style) was always ahead of schedule. I booked a 2 bed and only received a 1 bed room. They said it could be changed in the morning. I opted out on changing rooms. The only issue I had was with parking. Came back one night to an over filled parking lot and had to park across the street at another one of their properties. Not a huge deal but the lot for this property is very small. More rooms then parking spaces for sure.

Clean but not the ideal Charleston location
Property was clean and check-in was speedy. All staff were courteous and helpful. Covid-era breakfast offerings were fairly sad. Hard-boiled eggs, packs of grits, and a few frozen sandwiches. No fruit or other healthy offerings. Parking was tough on Saturday evening. We ended up parking across the street. About a 30-minute drive to anything in the Charleston area.

Charleston trip
We were pleasantly surprised about TownPlace Suites, first time staying with them, we will definitely be back. Employees were very friendly and welcoming. Well lit parking lot, felt safe to take my little dog out for a walk. Price was really great for the amenities. Cant wait to visit again

Beware of parking !!!!
First night of my stay was pleasant plenty of parking! The next day, I left the entire day to conduct some family business. I returned back to the hotel later that night cars were parked on both sides of the street all the way to the end . I’am thinking to myself this is very strange. Is it a party going on. I pulled in to park, the lot was packed and no space was available. So, I parked in front entrance, went in and asked why there’s no parking and I have a room here? The night person said “oh we booked all our rooms so were filled so you have to park in Spring Hill Suite parking”. Are you serious? I’am looking baffled. I paid to lodge at this hotel and my car need to be here as well. Covid is still around and you booked all your rooms really. Imagine all the hands at breakfast time. I will skip breakfast and eat someplace else . Ladies be careful staying at this hotel and retuning late. No security ! You may have to park across the street and walk over to the hotel. I want be coming back here ever again . I’ll stay some place else that have sufficient parking and secured . Maybe I will stay on base next time. At least I know I’am safe!
