It is so convenient! There are so many trams available in the vicinity that take you to the tourist attractions. No worries about food because eateries and convenience stores are located downstairs or across the street! Friendly host who gladly showed us around the apartment and explained how to use the appliances. We were so delighted to be greeted by a bottle of red wine and a packet of Tim Tam! Such a sweet gesture of the host. The apartment is indeed nice and cosy. However, we noticed that the floor was a little oily. We had to put on slippers in the house all the way. Also, there was only one air conditioner in the whole apartment - the living room. We were really cold when sleeping in the room at night. It would be nice if air conditioner - with heater function- can be installed in the rooms as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were attentive and the extra touches were wonderful and welcoming. The location was nice and central. Easy 2 min walk to the aquarium, 5 min walk to the convention centre, free trams less than a 2 min walk. The apartment block is located directly above the train lines, so the trains were a little noisy, but the location, apartment and price, well and truly compensated for that. We loved the free wi fi and for a family, the inclusion of a washer/dryer was perfect! Will definitely book again.

The apartment was wonderful! In addition to being in an ideal location and very clean, they had a few nice welcoming items including some milk in the fridge, cereal and a bottle of wine!

Very spacious unit with two well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The only issue is that it is VERY noisy, due to being just above train lines, which start super early in the morning
