Unclean, unfriendly, reluctant, poorly trained staff! 1st our room was not cleaned and after our complains they swept the dirt from one corner to the other. The couch was also full of long black hair - they had no vacuum (at the hotel) so they picked the hair by hand.... but at the end everything was still dirty. 2nd one shower drain was blocked and so the whole bath/toilet flooded- we had to complain 3 times and waited more than 6 hours. At the end the manager came with cleaning staff and they used a FORK from our kitchen!!!! to clean the drain and put that disgusting stuff in a towel! Manager directly with them!? 3rd no coffee possible to order at the breakfast- they ran out of coffee beans! 4th no towels at the pool at 9am (pool opened at 7) we would have to wait one hour or maybe longer they told us... 5th poor breakfast choices. And than they cut the mini croissants in half - you can guess why! No refill of water, juice and cups.....

There are water leakage issue and a plumber was sent to fix. However, the plumber couldn’t speak English and I had to make contact with customer service again To find out what the issue wasand what the plan was. None of the customer derive came up to check on us. They did not offer a change of room voluntarily while the plumber was doing the work. However, my request for room change was fulfilled when I asked for it.

Mediocre
Simple milk alternative such as soya milk wasn't available despite several requests. Vegan breakfast was reluctantly provided which was basic after first night stay and complains. TV wasn't working despite someone checking and promising to fix

Lovely hotel with a great central location to majority of the highlights around Phnom Penh. The cleanliness was exceptional. Rooftop bar and swimming pool facilities were wonderful after a hot days touring. Small attention to detail needed on delivery of laundry and communications about any missed services was poor.

The hotel location was quite convenient, specially with a large convenience store right under the building. The staff were polite and helpful. Hotel facilities were good but they can make some simple improvements to make it better. Some gym equipment were not working properly and there was no towels and drinking water in the gym. The swimming pool was nice but access was limited until 6pm. Would be nice to keep it open till 9 pm. Over all it was good value for money.

The property is new and superbly maintained. The staff is very helpful and most speak English. There is a convenience store right adjacent to the hotel and several restaurant on the street. The restaurant, bar, and infinity pool are on the roof so there's a nice breeze and a great view of the city.
