About this cottage
Gorgeous quintessential Cape Cod cottage tucked away in the Gateway Isles neighborhood. Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in South Yarmouth near Nantucket sound beaches, Bass River and Rt 28/Main Street.
Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.
Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining room. It sleeps 6. Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed and large closet, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and large closet. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
** Dog Fee: $20.00 per night (per dog). ** As much as we love cats, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests.
** Sheets/Towel service available for $70.00 **
** Summer Rentals: Weekly stay end of June through end of August (Friday to Friday) **

The backyard has plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, a fire pit and Weber gas grill.
Enjoy your evenings sitting in adirondack chairs in front of the propane fire pit. Our backyard overlooks the Crowell marsh with wildlife to enjoy. Listen to the song birds and ducks, watch the squirrels play and rabbits as they come to visit.
Enjoy a winter escape while staying cozy and warm in front of the gas fireplace

Wonderful home, fantastic host.
Everything about this rental was perfect and beyond expectations. The property itself was well laid out, clean and homey. The backyard offered a nice, private, natural space, and the neighborhood ideal for dog walking. Communication from the host was exceptional, and she was clearly interested making sure our experience was positive. We would definitely book her again, since the visit was so great.

Perfect Cape Location
Our stay at Willow Breeze Cottage was so fantastic that we didn’t want to leave! The bungalow couldn’t be more charming. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home, including anything you may need for meal prep. The proximity to the beach and 28 makes it walkable, or a very short drive. The backyard is serene. Bonnie and Dale were super responsive. It was exactly what we needed. We loved our stay.

Perfect location and place for family gateway
This place is soo cute plus the location is amazing walking distance to beaches, restaurants and local shops.. we brought paddle boards and bikes and never took the car out . There is a walking distance small beach perfect to launch your paddle board/kayak. I loved this place

Perfect place!
Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us for a few days. We loved everything about it. Your cleaning lady is excellent as the cottage was spotless. It is well equipped that we felt right at home. The location to the beaches and surrounding towns was perfect. It was so peaceful and quiet in April that we were able to do more sight seeing and visiting than we anticipated. It was just wonderful! Bonnie you were so quick to respond to any questions and provided excellent suggestions on places to eat in the area. We hope to find our way back to this gem some day... thank you for helping us to create wonderful memories!

Enjoyed a morning walk to the nearby bakery that was open even in the off-season. Close to everything! Lovely view out back. Dining room had windows for perfect cross-ventilation for extended family meal in COVID times. Love!

Holiday Getaway
Perfect location and walk to the beach. Winter is quiet and a welcome retreat. Backyard is serene and private. Home was cozy and accommodating to all our needs. Owner was very responsive. We will stay again in the Spring.
