Pod Inn

The place is a bit hard to find and not well sign posted from the road. The pods are OK but a bit noisy (snoring) and the door lock when you are inside and close it ie you need to practise opening it to avoid a night time panic when half asleep

I really enjoyed the privacy of the pods while staying in hostel accomodation style and you could lock up your private items There is also a safe within the pods It was extremely comfortable and you had everything you needed Lights, chargers,air conditioning and it was very clean and spacious ( being a bit claustrophobic )no problem Because it’s a new concept few things can be improved and it needs conversations The fridges supplied are not big enough to host a sell out accomodation I was lucky because it was quieter but that is an issue because you can’t cook which is fine with me but defnetly not enough fridge space . I encourage you to make a rule that people need to clean there dishes dry them and put them away like in any hostel situation . The kitchen is full of dishes drying on the sink and people take advantage if it A coffee pot machine would be awesome where you just supply the machine and we need to purchase the pots You could also sell them with a little bit of a profit The quite rule within the accomodation should be pointed out while checking in and be firm about it These were no complaints just suggestion to make it even better then it is I was very happy with the accomodation and will stay there again but there is room for improvement always Thank you Bianca

The pod was fine - but the lockers were far too small. I couldn't fit my backpack into the locker

New experience which was enjoyable, pods are like new, double roomy for one maybe cozy for two people. Facilities are good, people were respectful & quite. Would stay again

Great price and location and clean. Pod was great. Multi storey council car park 1 minute walk away has overnight price of $2 after 5.30pm to 9am. The doors into the pod room are normal swing doors that click loudly - that constant clicking kept waking me up - even with ear plugs :( - these 2 doors need to be replaced with silent auto sliding doors ASAP ! - then I can stay again.

The beds are comfy and the pods are homely. If you're good at falling asleep it's a nice spot. On the other hand if you're bad at falling asleep the external noises I.e the lockers opening and closing and the doors opening and closing can be a bit annoying. The fact the light is kept on outside the pod all night isn't ideal either. If you're here for a night or 2 it's a perfectly reasonable place to stay. Any longer I think the lack of cooking facilities and a touch of tiredness may start to impact on the stay.

The whole concept of sleeping in your own pod was awesome. Rather than sharing a room. There was lockable cupboards for your excess items, but you can lock your items in the pod safely. Very comfortable and clean, so close to the city centre

Perfect set up if you just need a place to stay for the night, very clean and private.
