The hotel itself was located in a nice place; right next to the ball field, plenty of restaurants and the river walk located steps from the hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were wonderful, and the staff was exceptional. However, a microwave would have been nice to have in the room, and the coffee maker didn’t work. Also I’m the kind of person that loves to read the welcome books in a hotel- that’s is not present. Information, sparse at that, is found on the tv. I found it hard to navigate and it really didn’t share information that would be nice to know;- like check out time. I would stay there again ; but I think I would try another place if I was ever going back to Augusta

Great hotel, great location.
I love this place. I have stayed here several times in the past. It is always clean and friendly. Check in is a breeze. They have a wonderful restaurant, bar and rooftop bar with awesome views of the river and downtown Augusta. There is a great smokehouse located across the street as well. It is walkable to the greenway trail and to many parks and downtown restaurants.

No room service because of the "COVID" issue. Room temperature was hot, A/C has a lower limit of 68 degrees, very uncomfortable for sleep. Will stay at the Hyatt next time...
