Kettle needed maybe :)
I did struggle to sleep because of the external noise but maybe that cant be helped. I will say that the room definitely needs a kettle and tea/coffee in the rooms. As a lone female traveller I do not necessarily want to walk around London at night looking for somewhere to get a cup of tea, as a rule I don't like to walk into bars on my own either. Other than that the place is lovely and the staff are friendly, just may take a flask next time :)

Hidden gem
This hotel is fantastic, reflected in how far in advance you need to book in order to secure a room! The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, modern & light and have all the amenities you could possibly need. The hotel is conveniently located close to Farringdon station, so it's easy to access all areas of London & a very short trip back to King's Cross to get home. The only slight disappointment with this hotel is that you can often be waiting at the bar a while for someone to acknowledge you when you want to check in. The pub itself is often very busy so I understand this, but it might be better to make it clearer about where to go in order to check in. The staff who check you in, show you to your room & help check you out are brilliant though. They're attentive, friendly & welcoming and I'm sure that's why this gorgeous hotel is so popular.

No privacy in the bathroom
The room was clean and quant. The bathroom didn’t provide much privacy from the other person in the room due to it modern design of frosted glass doors. Location was about 40 minute walk from major sights in London. The restaurant and bar located downstairs was convenient to grab dinner and a drink.

Loved every detail about The Coach!
Loved everything about this pub stay...updated rooms, top quality fixtures in bath, scrumptious food (the beetroot salad is a winner and the cheese croquettes...dreamy) and wide bar selection! Chill music was playing as we entered the room after a long day of sightseeing...Katie treated us with special care even though she had a full house for lunch! Thx Katie! The place was obviously super popular pub stop, but also had a lovely dining space upstairs. Stay here, eat here, drink here...you’ll be glad you did!

A gem of a place!
An absolute gem of a place! Beautiful clean room, very quiet too. The actual pub underneath is lovely and the food is fabulous! Highly recommend.
