I spent many hours each day in the pool. The water was clean and the water temperature was warm. The pool area itself was well maintained. The hot tub area was very clean and comfortable. I did not use the pool, but the other three in our party did and loved it. My only issue was that we only had housekeeping come to our room two days out of seven and I had to call guest services to make that happen. We did have our do not disturb sign on the door until about one 1 o’clock every afternoon but supposedly they work till 430 so there was plenty of time to do our room.

We stayed for five nights and every single staff person was extremely friendly and very helpful. Suites are great for longer stays - w/d and kitchen. The pool, hot tub, fire pits are all terrific. The views and area are beautiful The resort is a bit worn but very clean and the staff is lovely. We have family in the area and we will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit. I have not experienced a a better hotel in the area.
