Cuando llegué tuve que esperar 30 minutos en la puerta hasta que el encargado apareció. A la mañana siguiente no me dieron el desayuno que estaba incluido. La habitación estaba sucia al igual que la ducha.

Zklamání z přístupu hotelu ke klientům.
v Riad Merzouga jsem se nakonec neubytoval: po objednávce dopravy z letiště (jelikož dům uprostřed mediny nemá žádné číslo a hledat ho uprostřed noci (2:00 ráno) v uličkách arabské čtvrti s dětmi a všemi zavazdly (taxi ani žádné jiné auto tam neprojede) se mi opravdu nechtělo) - jsem marně čekal na potvrzení objednávky či aspoň upřesnění adresy 3 týdny. Ani po mnoha urgencích (přes e-mail, SMS, telefon, whatsup) jsem to vzdal a zajistil si ubytování jinde. Oželel jsem tím nevratnou plnou částku za ubytování na 1 noc, ale co se dá dělat. Teprve cestou na letiště jsem obdržel info, že mne bude na letišti někdo čekat. Dost pozdě na to, abych se tím ještě v zabýval... Zklamání z přístupu hotelu ke klientům.
