Worse hotel ever needs better housekeeping
I booked a room for double beds but when i got there they said that in order for me to get double beds i would have to book with them only. Even though the website says double beds. So i said ok. Went to the room she gave us it had no sheets no tv no blinds no covers pillows shower curtain or anything. Went back down stairs to show the video i took she put us in another room. Ok het to that room it's nasty the sheets was nasty they had never cleaned the room go back down for my money back she now wants to give me the double beds that I reserved online. Go to that room the air didn't work the sheets had stuff all on it. Worse experience ever.!

We stayed here for the rock on the range concert in mid-May for 4 nights. To start, Expedia overbooked the hotel, not their fault. The only problem was, they told me on the phone when I called to confirm my reservation that I made in Jan, they told me they cancelled everything that Expedia booked for that weekend, but they NEVER called us. I would’ve been showing up 7 hours from home and had to sleep in my vehicle due to saving up enough money for that specific hotel since I was under the understand I booked a room 4 months prior to needing it. The manager got us a room and told me as long as I checked in by 8pm I would be okay. I call the day of my check in to double check everything is good and now they tell me I have to be there by 6pm. They told me this at noon, I had just gotten on the road at 11am, there was no way to make it in time. Eventually I complained enough and they let us pay for the room then. The worst part though, they never once came into our room to hmgive us fresh towels (plus the towels were already dirty looking, stained with make-up, etc) or bedding. The room stunk of cigarettes ALL weekend, even with a window open. We only had one roll of toilet paper in our room and when I asked for more, they told me that don’t supply more. WHAT?! A hotel that has people from all over the world coming to Columbus to stay for 4 days and you’re only going to supply them with ONE roll of toilet paper and not even tell them that they were supposed to bring more?!

Had an ok time despite it all.
ok, the whole trip we were met with some difficulty. We over came. We had prepaid this time and it did not work out as good. For some reason this hotel site does not allow for 2 beds for 3 people. We had to go buy a blow up mattress for our third person. The bed we had was a bit too firm. The bathroom shower stall had a hole in the floor. My family does not wish to stay here again. The people were nice. Would be nice to not feel like we are not valued since despite paying our room was not waiting for us.

Lack of communication and unprofessional
The service was horrible and very unprofessional. There was never anyone on site to help us with the problems we had. When we checked in our keys didn't work to get into our room, so the lady at the front desk had to use her master key to let us in and told us she will grab new programmed keys right away. She ended up never coming back with our keys, we tried to find another employee but no one was to be found. So the next morning we went back to the front desk to discuss the problem, the lady told us that the battery needed to be changed and she will have maintanance fix it while we were gone for the day. When we got back the front desk was closed and the battery was never changed so yet again, we had no way to get into our room. We waited for an employee to come around and once one did he told us we were over exaggerating. We ended up never getting our keys fixed, so we had the employee let us into our room to get our stuff and leave a night early to go to a different hotel. The rooms were also very dirty, filed with dirt, stains and hair everywhere. The drains in the toilet and sink were clogged and the whole hotel smelt like marijuana and cigarettes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Never again not comfortable or staffed
The hotel check in was ok, kind of odd as the housekeeper was walking around mumbling about how she doesn't get paid enough for this crap. I really don't know what was going on. The lady at the desk was pleasant, but didn't give much info like the fact that they are closed on sunday. Generally speaking most hotels give you info about your stay, she just checked us in which I guess was fine. The room was a small suite with laminate floors. The bed was squeaky, only had 2 pillows (most places give extras) and there were only 2 hard office type chairs to sit on. Most places give a nice comfortable chair to sit and watch tv. It was clean enough, no complaints there. Just wasn't at all comfortable for relaxing. On day of checkout, Sunday my key deactivated after being used twice already that day, it happens, so I went to the front desk to discover it was closed, all day. I used the phone in the lobby to call the "emergency" number no answer. Took an hour & half to finally wake someone up to help me, at 11:15am. Lots of other people thought it to be odd too as they didn't know how to check out. No staff or anyone on grounds to be found. Several residents were nice and tried to help out by calling too but they couldn't get ahold of anyone either. I have never stayed at a hotel that closed one day a week. If you are going to have someone available by phone they should be on duty!!
