    Amazing views & great beaches

Our stay at Beach Break was excellent the view was amazing! You have sheep grazing in the paddock in front, a Penguin Colony on Diamond Island & spectacular beach views all from your lounge or main bedroom. The neighbours allow you to gain easy access to the beach through their paddock ....thank you! The house has been refurbished tastefully & is very comfortable but bring your olive oil, salt, pepper etc. It is very close to Bicheno which has a lot to offer!

Updated, spacious, quiet beach house with lovely views of Diamond Island

Beach Break Bicheno is an updated, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom house, with lovely views of the water and Diamond Island. Views are terrific from the living / dining room, a well as from the deck outside. It's very convenient to Bicheno, only a short drive away, but quieter than in the township. It's only a short walk from the house across paddocks (with a gate at each end) to the beach. We (a couple in our 60s) stayed for a couple of nights in early November, and had lovely late afternoon walks along the beach in both directions, with very few other people, at that time of year. For a self-catering holiday, the house has everything you could need. There is an IGA in Bicheno for supplies and it stocks a good range of "picnic" type foods, and many Tasmanian specialties. The bed was comfortable and the updating of the property has been done with style. We would recommend a visit to the "Lobster Shack" for some nice seafood (but watch out for early 7 pm closing times for food outlets). The Blowhole is definitely worth a visit, for mesmerising ocean views. We would happily stay at this house again.
